Delivery and Returns
Undelivered Items
If your items do not arrive as expected please contact us within 3 to 7 days of the due date quoting your order number and we will investigate what has happened and get your items to you as quickly as possible. We cannot replace items where the delivery details have been entered incorrectly.
Missing or Damaged Items
Please contact us within 3 days of arrival if your delivery is missing any products or there are damages. We will investigate what has happened and get the missing products or damages re-dispatched within 3 working days or give you the option of a full refund for the missing or damaged items should you wish.
Returns Policy and Refunds
Returns or exchanges are accepted if the items are unopened and in original saleable condition subject to them being returned within 28 days of delivery. Any return delivery costs are not covered by this policy unless the return is as a result of our error where shipping costs will be fully refunded.
Refunds will be issued once the returns are received and have been checked and inspected. All refunds will be issued via the original payment method used to purchase the items and within 3 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds can take up to two weeks in some cases depending on couriers used and bank transfer times. In most instances however refunds normally arrive within a week (5 working days).
When returning products to us please pack the items carefully and where possible try to use the original packaging ensuring any previous barcodes or delivery information has been removed or blanked out. This will reduce the environmental impact of any returns enhanced by the fact we use plastic free packaging at natural earth. Please ensure the original packing note is enclosed with the return.
